A recent survey of employers reveals that they are looking for an employee who not only can perform the duties of the job, but who can also demonstrate good "soft skills". Examples of a Soft Skill are:

The Bitterroot Job Service Workforce Center

has designed a 12-hour class to provide job seekers information and training that will help ensure their success on the job.

A certificate is awarded to those who complete the workshop

and indicates to you they have received this valuable information.

 

Workshops are held once a month and people MUST pre-register.

There is NO CHARGE for the class.
